Milborne St Andrew Football Club was first formed in 1912 with their first
league match being played in November of that year.
Milborne finished 2nd in the league in
the 1912/13 season just 1 point behind local rivals Milton Abbas.
On
New Years Eve a most enjoyable and successful dance was held in the schoolroom
in
October 10th 1912

In the 1912/13 season in
which Milborne Football Club was formed, Sunderland won the First Division,
Blackburn Rovers won the Charity Shield, Aston Villa won the FA Cup against
Sunderland 1-0 and Notts County and Arsenal were relegated to the Second
Division, with Preston North End and Burnley promoted.
