Following the
successful launch of the online calendar the Village Hall section is to
be expanded to provide greater transparency and understanding of the
Village Hall activities and the decisions taken by the trustees
management committee (TMC). The trustees are drawn from the various Hall
User Groups and they provide a two way conduit of feedback between the
respective hall users and the other members of the TMC. Their activities
are bound by Charity Law and the need to manage the Hall in accordance
with the Charity Trust Deeds
Regular updates are provided in the Reporter
and use of the village website will be a logical extension of the
transparency and awareness process that exists between the trustees and
the members of the respective user groups and the wider community.
